Mary
By Nat Cassidy

Mary Mudgett is haunted. Like many women, she struggles with reaching middle age. She’s never felt more invisible than she does now, and she’s felt invisible for forever.
When Mary returns to her hometown to care for her Aunt Nadia, she senses a charged unease in the wake of the 50 year anniversary of brutal murders that took place in a mansion on the edge of town.
Something feels eerily familiar about this macabre mansion, but Mary can’t quite discern what it is.
I came to this book already a major fan of Nat Cassidy, but I feel confident when I say that this is the best book of his that I’ve read.
Spellbinding, brutal, and heartfelt. A masterpiece.
