After an unfortunate joke gone awry on social media coined ‘tweetageddon’, a prominent young actress finds herself ‘canceled’ and her world turns upside down.

Enter Camp Castaway, a place to unplug and get your head on straight, that is, unless the legend of Knock-Knock Nancy comes back to take it off your shoulders.

Juvenile and a bit melodramatic at a pace best described as punishing, this story did not work for me. I found it difficult to relate to the characters and felt especially challenged by some of their baffling survival instincts, ultimately hampering my concern for what happens to them. One theme persists, if nothing else: it’s certainly campy.
